2. We create a web-based Showcase or elegant "E-Brochure," to feature properties, products, and services as the core of your innovative aggressive marketing/sales campaign. The Showcase is developed as one or more elegant "E-Brochure" web pages hosted at www.showcasemasters.com and available for viewing across the Internet/Web by clicking a link in e-mails which you will send to your prospective buyers.

Web sites often get buried or your prospects are too busy or distracted to look through your web site but the Showcase is bold and impressive and easy to absorb by one quick overview. A Showcase is perfect for an aggressive e-mail sales campaign to gain an advantage over competitors for realtors, banks, auction houses, mortgage companies to help them sell property and to focus on your market for all products and services regardless of what kind of business you are trying to promote. Showcases are perfect to shine a light aggressively on products and services for all businesses which either do not wish to spend their marketing/sales budget on a web site or where their current web site is not getting productive traffic.

The Showcase will be hosted by us with no need for a domain name registration, web site setup or hosting fees, expensive web development, maintenance, and marketing fees. There are two (2) Models to choose from and a broad range of nine (9) colors. Please submit your plain text preferably written in your e-mail program and with no attributes such as bold, underline, bullets, italics, or indents. Please only write plain text in your e-mail program and we will format it when we code it into your Showcase.

Models and Specifications: The "E-Brochure Has Now Been Invented

Description: This one-page Showcase contains an elaborate top section with a graphic of choice representing the client or the business or some other representative picture, the business logo or symbol, the name, address, phone number of up to 20 words, and up to 330 words of text written, edited, and submitted to us by the client. Below that, in the main body of the Showcase, are a large graphic with up to 160 words below it, four (4) medium graphics with up to 50 words below each of them, and a second large graphic at the bottom of the page with up to 100 words below it. This makes an excellent, very elegant One-Page Showcase.

This Showcase is also designed as an ideal first page for a multi-page Showcases. For Showcases more than one page long, either Model #1 or Model #2 can be used in any order with as many pages linked together as the client desires. 

Words and Text:

All text will be submitted as "plain text" with NO attributes (no bold, italics, underline, indents, etc.) and NOT written in MS Word. Please write text in e-mail program or text editor and e-mail it to us indicating where in the Showcase each block of text should be placed. The Showcase is laid out so that it will display properly with maximum numbers of words and specific sizes of graphics. This is so that it will display properly on most computers and output to most printers. We cannot change the specs below and still hope to meet the needs of most visitors to your Showcase nor can be make any warranty or guarantee of how each individual computer will display any Web-based document.

For Initial Showcases of six (6) pages or more, the included 60-day free hosting applies but the subsequent monthly hosting charge will be $15.00 per month with a discounted, non-refundable, prepaid hosting fee of $80.00.

*"Initial Showcase" is defined as the original Showcase a client purchases from us which we have initially set up with the heading information for that business and which requires no changes in order to update the graphics and text in the body and is continuously maintained so that it can be updated with replacement graphics and text under the graphics for a discounted price.

Prices: Replacing Product Graphics on Model #1 Initial Showcases (Changing Pictures and Text under Pictures on the current Showcase Page):

When a client purchases a Model #1 Showcase page and the page is set up with the desired colors and the company information created at the top of the page and the initial six (6) graphics are laid out, this page becomes the client's "Initial Showcase." Because it has already been set up for the client, we are able to use the same basic page setup and change the six (6) product pictures in the body for a lesser fee, provided that the company information on the heading of the Showcase page and the colors do not change.

Description: This one-page Showcase contains a simple top section with one (1) large graphic of choice representing the client, business, products, and/or services, the name, address, phone number across the top of the page, up to 100 words of text written, edited, and submitted to us by the client for placement below the large graphic. Below that, in the main body of the Showcase, are six (6) medium graphics with up to 40 words below each of them. This less elaborate Showcase makes an excellent "E-Brochure" displaying property, products, and/or services to accompany a more descriptive e-mail. This Showcase is also designed as an ideal second or continuing page for Showcases needing more than one page. Clients may add as many linking pages of either Model #1 or Model #2 as they desire, in any order, or any number.

Advantages Showcases Have Over Web Sites

1. Web Sites are much more complex and expensive than Showcases.

2. Web Sites require a registered Domain Name and a hosting service. A Showcase needs no Domain Name and we will host the Showcase for a very nominal fee with no commitments for minimum or maximum periods of time.

3. Web designers and developers charge various prices which are not standardized. Our designs and prices are laid out so they are standardized and clients can make informed decisions about what they want and control over what they spend.

4. Web sites are mysterious and hard for the public to understand. A Showcase has no hidden parts so "what you see is what you get."

5. Some web sites are very hard to navigate so much of what is there is never discovered by visitors. A Showcase is very "in your face" and there is no navigation required. If there are multiple pages, the forward and back links are simple and obvious.

6. A web site is very dependent on key words for placement in search engines. A Showcase is not dependent on search engines so the client makes their own rules.

7. A web site is open for the inspection of competitors who may want to "shop" the competition and see or copy your products, services, marketing, or underbid you on pricing. A Showcase is invisible to your competitors as you will only invite those you have targeted to receive your Showcase and no others will be able to locate it.

8. Very few web designers understand graphics well enough to create beautiful, appealing graphics large enough and still fast-loading enough to place effectively on a web site. We are experts in both the fields of Web Development and Graphics so we know how to give you the best quality graphics in the largest practical sizes and optimized for the fastest possible load time given the fact that many people do not have DSL around the world and are depending on dial-up services, and in some parts of other countries they must pay for the time online so fast-loading graphics will be very important to them and to you if you wish to market your Showcased products to them.

9. A web site is a major investment and once it has been completed, it is often too costly and too difficult to make changes later. A Showcase is the highest quality "E-Brochure" and so much less expensive and it is so "fluid" that it can be replaced or changed easily and instantly.

10. Because there are literally millions of web sites now on the Web, they are mostly so buried that they will not come up from only using search engines and most often must be retrieved by knowing the specific URL. So, even if you do have a web site, is it being found by those who need the products and services you sell?

11. People today are so busy and impatient that they often will not even visit a web site if they are told there is one, or they will just take a quick peek and then abandon., especially if it is not instantly apparent what is being sold and how to find it (i.e. navigation of the web site). Many web designers do such a poor job of developing the "User Interface" (engineering how to instantly show what the web site is about and how to intuitively navigate the site to find the information the visitor might want to know), and of sizing and optimizing graphics so that they load quickly, that visitors will not stick around long enough to figure things out and they abandon the site. Our Showcases are hosted on our www.showcasemasters.com web site, but we have no directories which list our clients to that there is no chance of losing a prospect as they investigate some other material of interest to them or possibly a competitor who is selling similar products or services. Even if our web site is indexed and your Showcase does get listed in the search engines and someone types in our URL, they will get the web site, but they will not find any lists of clients to possibly take them to your competitors or other businesses.
